British Actor Andrew Garfield has been selected over other big names to play the role of a superhero. The selection of 26 year old actor came as a surprise to all. The shooting of the new Spiderman will commence from December 2010. Andrew has reportedly bagged the lead role bypassing other British actors such Kick-Ass star Aaron Johnson and Jamie Bell. According to one of the producers on the Spider-Man franchise, Avi Arad, "We believe he is the perfect choice for the role to lead us into the future."
